Shipping Information

United States

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery estimated 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimated 2–3 business days after the order has shipped.

Canada

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery estimated 7–21 business days, subject to customs delays. Buyer is fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimated 4–7 business days after the order has shipped, subject to customs clearance. Buyer is fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

International

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery estimated 7–21 business days, subject to customs delays. Buyer is fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimated 4–10 business days after the order has shipped, subject to customs clearance. Buyer is fully responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • The 30-day period begins on the date the shipping carrier marks the item as “delivered.”

  • The item must be received back at our facility by the 30th day. Returns received after this window will not be accepted.

  • No exceptions will be made for missed deadlines, lost mail, or delayed shipments outside of our control.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, odor, pet hair, or alteration will be rejected and not refunded.

Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges. Customers must place a new order for the desired item.

  • For any new order placed as a result of a return/exchange request within the 30-day window, we will honor the original purchase price if the price has increased since the original order date.

  • If the price has decreased, the new order will reflect the current listed price at checkout.

  • Refunds or store credit will follow the return window rules above.

Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Bags, wallets, purses, and backpacks
  • Adult products (toys, paddles, restraints, novelty items)
  • Consumable goods (candy, cosmetics, fragrance)
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional merchandise
  • Costumes, masks, swimwear, and intimates
  • Opened “blind bag” or mystery items
  • Opened media (trading cards, movies, albums, books, comics)
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds

  • Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds will not be issued to alternate cards, accounts, or methods of payment.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotion will be refunded at the price paid, not the original retail price.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Claims must include clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or error.

  • We reserve the right to deny claims determined to be caused by customer misuse, neglect, or failure to provide sufficient evidence.

  • Approved claims will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
